Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with standard shipping between 5-10 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and season. During peak periods, delivery may take longer.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for an additional fee of $15 and delivers within 2-3 business days. Express shipping is not available to all addresses—please check at checkout.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the continental United States and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Signature
Signature is not required for delivery. Packages will be left with the recipient. If you require signature delivery, please contact our support team.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately with photos and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and will send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
